For International Customer (other than Indians) Payment Process
- 1. Remove all items from your Cart.
- 2. now, at the top bar, change the default currency from Indian Rupees to USD. (see the attachment)
- 3. Now, try to add PDFs to your cart.
- 4. Finally, go to checkout and select PayPal.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
We strongly believe that our worksheet(e-books) will work without any issues and we are available to help you any kind of problems. We cannot offer refunds for purchases as the product is digitally delivered. Our support team will try to solve all kinds of your problems.
Can I Pay For The e-book Using Cash?
We are unable to accept cash for the purchase of a theme. At this time we accept payments via Credit Card / Debit Card and PayPal.
Can I Get A Refund?
We generally do not offer refunds, as there is no way to return a digital product. Unfortunately, it is one of the few tools we have to combat internet fraud. If you are experiencing any difficulty with the e-book, we are more than happy to provide support and resolve the situation. If your circumstance can’t be resolved with support, you are welcome to contact us with an explanation of your situation.
